Head Chef at the Serpentine, Jack, was inspired from a young age by his mother's home cooking to embark on a career in restaurants. Born in Nottingham he spent the early part of his career in Manchester where he won "High Life Best Restaurant" a highlight of 3 years at Room Restaurant.

After moving to London Jack worked at a couple of restaurants to develop himself further and now enjoys his time at the Serpentine, where he executes menus based on his current inspirations of modern English and traditional French cuisine.

Jack says: "Using the best suppliers in London, with fresh and natural products, I create menus that are uncomplicated and full of natural flavour, in an iconic venue with magical views......"
